To find out more about me and how I work, I offer a free 15 minute consultation to talk through what you need and how I can support you. This will give us a chance to meet each other and I can tell you about how I imagine the type of therapy I provide may support you. You will get get a feel for how our sessions will be to assist in making a decision on next steps.

Together, we’ll explore how your thoughts, feelings, and bodily experiences connect—often shaped by past experiences. By increasing self-awareness, we can uncover what’s holding you back and create space for lasting, positive change.

These unique groups offer a safe, supportive space for self-discovery, emotional growth, and authentic connection. Together, we explore how you relate to yourself and others, uncovering patterns, building self-awareness, and empowering meaningful change.

Sessions blend reflection, creativity, and connection through themed discussions (e.g., relationships, emotions, identity), paired and group work, and playful experiments.
