Service Description

This programme typically includes - - Getting to know each other through meaningful discussions and fun activities - Hearing similar and different stories on the topic - Gain awareness of self-process, how you are affected in mind, body and emotion - Learn how to set boundaries, say no to others and yes to yourself and dealing with conflict - Explore your patterns in supporting others and links to potential past unmet needs - Discover opportunities for support, legal services, wellbeing activities, networks and community resources - Set goals for how you want your life to be and start taking the steps to get there. Programmes consist of 8 engaging sessions and are co-created and delivered at a pace that works for you.
